1. Pricing Policy

All prices listed on this website are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed with the vendor. While I strive to keep pricing accurate and up to date, fluctuations can occur due to changes in availability, vendor pricing, or other factors outside of my control.
You will be notified of any price changes before your booking is finalized. No bookings will be made without your approval of the updated price.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been processed and I have received confirmation from the vendor or supplier. Verbal or written quotes do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at my sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, instances where I determine that the client relationship is not a good fit, or if behavior is inappropriate, disrespectful, or otherwise violates the values of my business.

4. Accuracy of Information

While every effort is made to provide accurate information, I am not responsible for errors or omissions in pricing, descriptions, or availability provided by third-party vendors.

5. Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to review all travel documentation, terms, and policies provided by vendors and suppliers. You must ensure that all personal and travel information is accurate prior to booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

I act solely as an intermediary between you and travel vendors. I am not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of these third partie

Return and Refund Policy

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are subject to the policies and rules of the vendor or supplier with whom your booking is made. As your travel agent, I will facilitate communication with the vendor, but I do not control or guarantee refunds.

It is your responsibility to review all vendor refund and cancellation policies carefully before confirming your booking. These policies may vary by airline, hotel, tour operator, or service provider and may include cancellation fees, non-refundable deposits, or other restrictions.

No refunds will be issued by me directly unless explicitly stated in writing.
